How to check if a note is applied in S4HANA Public Cloud?

Hi all,

Is it possible to access a tile in Fiori Launchpad similar to the SNOTE transaction to check if a note is applied in S4HANA Public Cloud?

Hi @Jonathan_Moura 

An app like the On-premise Transaction SNOTE is not available in S/4HANA Cloud

Instead , bug corrections are documented in KBA's and in what release / Hot Fix Collection the correction is applied

We also have the notes like https://me.sap.com/notes/3423309 which is updated after each Release / HFC with a file include the list of application Hotfixes applied
