How do I control the sequence of Further Participants in Appraisals

I have copied an existing previously developed and well in use template just to hide two fields of it to an entirely new template through PHAP_CATALOG. I have changed the required BadI implementation of Value determination also for the new template. But the difference I noted in the new template is that when we have two persons as Further Particiapnts, the Appraisal form can be submitted by anyone of the two Further Participants, while the previous template worked as per our requirement,i.e. the Appraisal form is opened by Accepting Authority(first further participant identified by role 'ZM' and only when he fills the appraisal, the appraisal is enabled for submission by the Sr. Accepting Authority identified by role 'ZS' because even though ZS opens the Appraisal before ZM submits, there are no buttons avalable for ZS to submit). I have checked for any BadIs implementing this control in the old template, but couldn't find any.

Can anyone please suggest me how to check all the BaDIs implemented for a given template or otherwise how to control this sequence for the new template?

Thak you neeraj.jain16 for the prompt response!! I have already gone through that Sir... but the so-called HRHAP00_COL_ACCESS and HRHAP00_BUT_ACCESS BAdIs are not implemented for the old template too...then why this weired behavior for this new template??
