how can i close the open po or shortclose in SAP public cloud

Hi team,

I have requirement to short close the open PO, that is needed in bulk option please suggest the method in SAP public cloud.

i have used delivery completed indicator but it is allowing to post but when i used block item level it is not allowing to post. kindly suggest the suitable method in mass.

Delivery Completed indicator, even if set at PO level, GR is allowed by system which resets this indicator in PO.

We have developed a Z program which places Delivery completed indicator and also a date in Latest GR Date which is greater than 60 days.

MM Posting can be done for present month and previous month. By placing a date earlier this than Previous month in the Latest GR Date, user is unable to perform GR. Now since, GR can't be done, Delivery Completed indicator is also maintained.

By placing both these, user is unable to perform any further GR over the line item. This works for Service Line item also.
