G/L accounting document

How to check if the system is inherently captured the following data when a G/L accounting document is saved: date and time, user ID of document creator.

Dear Devaraij,

The system always saves date,time & user ID of a posted document.

Go to FB03 and enter the document number you want.

Then click on the Display Document Header icon (icon looks like a hat).

Check Entry Date, Time of Entry & Entered By fields.

Hi,

This can be done in two ways...

1. Check table BKPF
2. Check document via transaction FB03 and click on header icon.
