Hello! 

I am wondering what the "Failure Mode" field is used for in the Report Malfunction App. Does this serve the same function as Damage Codes in maintenance notifications?

How do you populate the field with different options?

The field actually refers to the code against the coding code group which you would find on the notification header as well.
