Error when trying to create a dispute case from App Process Receivables.

The error message is UDM_MSG/006 "No element type defined for object type BSEG" is displayed on creating the Dispute Case.

To resolve your issue:

1. Schedule the job template Consistency Checks from the App Schedule Credit Management Jobs
2. From the selection parameters select the check box Check Customizing Settings.
3. You can select other checkboxes as well if you want to.
4. Press Check and Schedule.
