Error copy from delivery to A/R invoice update based document

Hello,

we want to create A/R invoice from service Deliveries created by DTW. When we try to save the Invoice it shows this error message:

This document cannot be added, because the base document row was updated. Copy the document again from its base document. [Message 439-199].

If we create directly the delivery with the client it works fine.

When we compare the delivery documents in the data base they look similar.

We are using Sap Business One Hana v 10 FP 2208

I also faced this problem. We use an add-on that converts our purchase orders into draft invoices automatically, but recently, for every 30 invoices, one has this error "This document cannot be added due to updating the base doc line. Copy the document back from its base document. [Message 439-199]", and it is necessary to correct it manually, accessing the order and using the "Copy to" option. If this happened only once, I would say someone updated the document while you were entering AR invoice. If it happens continuously on the same document, maybe some bug is in question. Try updating Delivery document by changing any field available, and then copy to AR Invoice. If it doesn't help, you will probably need to report to SAP.
