Error analysis program BUPA /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE

The program description says:

We can use this report /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE to synchronize employee data stored in HCM master data persistences (infotypes) with the business partner (BP).

This functionality can also be used to synchronize data for contingent workers (CW). You can use the various options on the selection screen to filter the employees and external employees for whom you want to run the BP synchronization.

Everything works perfectly. However, the evaluation of errors/ error logs are not really possible.

To evaluate the errors, the transaction SLG1 with object SHCM_EE_INTEGRATION and sub-object BUPA_SYNC is possible.

Or the program SBAL_DISPLAY_2, object SHCM_EE_INTEGRATION sub-object BUPA_SYNC.


When we start the log program, we only see the personnel number in the first data record under External ID. Employee number = external ID.
From the second employee number onwards, we no longer find the employee number under external ID but only the text "SHCM Employee to Bupa Synchronization Message Log".

What sensible options are there for evaluating the logs properly so that the error can be analyzed and rectified?

Neither the program SAPLSLG3 nor the program SBAL_DISPLAY_2 (SBAL_DISPLAY_2) are suitable for this.

We currently have around 75,000 employees for whom BP is being created.
