Dynamic Modification Rule - AQL to 100% Inspection

Hello,

Using SAP QM, during results recording in QE01, if 1 parts fails in a sample size using an AQL for a characteristic, we want the system to recognize this and force 100% inspection. (i.e., if an inspector fails a part when the sampling frequency is AQL 2.5, SAP immediately forces 100% of parts to be inspected for that characteristic.)

I have been trying to adjust the sampling scheme and DMR accordingly but cannot get it to work.

If someone can please provide detailed instructions on how to do this, it would be appreciated.
