Differences between abapGit and gCTS to deliver developer extensibility solutions across landscapes

Hi Experts,

We are working on a developer extensibility solution for S/4HANA Cloud and On-Premises.

But we cannot find the best way to deliver it to our customers.

So we were wondering

1. Is there any difference between abapGit and gCTS when delivering a developer extensibility solution to customers?

2. Is there any limitation on abapGit or gCTS?

3. We need include many custom DB table definitions and ABAP classes.
Do abapGit or gCTS have performance issues when transporting from a partner landscape to a customer landscape?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud ABAP Environment" for this question, ABAP Classes are related to ABAP Environment.
