Deprecated scope items cannot be activated in cloud post 2302 release. Please clarify if this applicable for public cloud or private cloud or both?

The depreciation of the Scope items mentioned is only applicable to S/4HANA Public Cloud .
For S/4HANA Private Cloud ( 2023 and 2022 ) the Scope items are still activatable
