Hello expert guys,
We are carrying out preparation activities in out TDD environment (S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition), and following the steps suggested by the methodology, we are creating the Test Users as preparation for Fit to Standard workshops.
In our System (Starter in customer landscape, and equivalent is Customizing tenant in Partner TDD because here is only one system landscape) the system is requiring a Worker employee created to create the business user, but for the worker master data the email assignment is mandatory, and cannot be repeated. So, as the implementation methodology suggest to create one test user for one role, saying:
"In starter system, create 1 test user per role in a test script. e.g. for Customer Project Management (J11) first name / last name = Project Manager / Commercial Services This makes the demo very applicable to customer experts, who see exactly the apps and processes they would see for their individual roles involved in the overall test script E2E process".
The question is: It is applicable to the TDD Customizing tenant ? Because in our tenant (TDD) the system is requiring a Worker created before to create the business user, but for the worker employee master data the email assignment is mandatory, and cannot be repeated. So, if for example, we need to create 10 test users, we need to have 10 different email accounts? Thats not possible in all cases so we need to know if there is the possibilty to create the test users without the email address. Of course this would only apply for test users since consultants do have email accounts.
Thank you very much in advance for your response and guidance,
Best Regards,
Please note there is a customization option. Check out configuration ID 103515 (Business User Field Validation).
