Creating my own S4HANA ABAP Cloud Environment (Eclipse) for sandbox and for sap.learning courses

Hi all.

If I have provided too much information, and you're just looking to understand my question, I have written down a summarized version of my question at the bottom of this topic.

I am currently trying to connect to a public cloud environment for 'SAP S4HANA Cloud Environment', as seen on the picture bellow. I am trying to connect to the practice server that was listed for this sap learning course: "practice.learning.sap.com". As the picture shown below, the practice system is named: "Advanced Extensibility with SAP Cloud SDK". When I try to login, I am getting error which is found in the documentation "https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3259196"

I login the system, through the Fiori. I am then following the guide in the "Setup Guide" as shown on above picture. I have added the roles as listed in the guide. But upon logging into the system through Eclipse looking but the "SAP_BR_DEVELOPER" doesn't exist when i search for it in the "Maintain Business User" app.

I can find the role "SAP_BR_DEVELOPER" in the templates, but I cannot add it into my user, to be able to actually start developing in Eclipse.

Summarizing my question:

If it's not possible to connect to S/4HANA Cloud Environment through this specific system practice server, is there another one you would recommend/suggest?

Which practice server should I use for continuing my tutorial learning "https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/develop-extensions-using-sap-s-4hana-cloud-abap-environment" with the name "Developing Extensions Using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, ABAP Environment". And more specifically, it is about the exercises in the learning hub.

For example: Implementing a BADI Enhancement Spot with MM_PUR_S4_PR.
Another exercise: Implementing an Extension Using Key User and Developer Extensibility

Unfortunately SAP is not providing any S/4HANA Cloud environment where you can actually develop. The closest you can get to developing like on S/4HANA Cloud is the SAP BTP ABAP Environment which is provided in the BTP Trial (shared) and BTP Free Tier (your own instance that is stopped daily).

Yes I figured, but unfortunately that does not make me able to do In-App Extensions.
