Create Reservation with Work Order

T code to create Purchasing Documents (reservation, requisition and/or order) using the maintenance work order is in process status? Please help.

Hi Former Member,

You can achieve this by using the Standard T-Codes - IW32 (Change Order)/Create P.R(ME51N)/Create P.O (ME21N).

For Reservation:-

IW32:- Add Required Materials in the Component tab against an Operation to create Automatic reservations in the background.

MB21:- Manual Reservation not allowed for Order Category 30 (Maintenance Order)

For P.R:-

IW32:- Add External Operations in the Operation tab using the Control Key = PM03 to create Automatic P.R in the background.

(or) for Direct P.R against the Order

ME51N:- Create a P.R Item against Item Category = F.

For P.O:-

ME21N:- Create a P.O Item against the existing P.R Item with Item Category = F.

(or) for Direct P.O against the Order without P.R reference

ME21N:- Create a P.O Item against Item Category = F.

Can we assign Earmarked fund while creating reservation through work order?

My requirement is Earmarked fund number should assign to reservation automatically when i create work order?
