Is it possible to convert a Journal Voucher to Journal Entry via DI-API? I can only see the Add method for Journal Vouchers and nothing else. Just wondering if there is another object or service we should be using?

No, you cannot create Journal Entry from Journal Voucher as Journal Voucher is not having any GetbyKey() method.
You should use JournalEntries object in DI API to create the Journal Entry.
