We have a requirements to provide standard field mapping for supplier masterdata from Ariba to S4HANA Cloud. Do we have any documentation or anything for this item?

Thank you for this, but what I need is the Field by Field Mapping from Ariba to S4HANA. I've noticed that some of Ariba's fields are much longer than the field lengths in SAP S4HANA.
