Dear Experts
I wish you all a Happy New Year.
Below I have mentioned my Question and looking for your experience on the same.
Background of the Question:
Our Client is using a 3rd party Treasury Software system by integrating it to their SAP ECC environment, for the process of “Sending Payment Files to Bank” and “Receiving the Electronic Bank Statements from the Bank”.
Client SFTP Server/Folder is the intermediate Storage location for both these files, between SAP ECC and their 3rd party Treasury Software system. 3rd party Treasury Software system is communicating with the Bank Website/portal in relevant scenarios.
Question:
Please share your experiences/knowledge in above scenario, in implementing Standard SAP Scope Item “1EG - Bank Integration with File Interface“ in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Thanks in Advance.
Amar Modanwal.
Dear Customer,
The SAP Standard solution for bank integration is Bank Integration with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (16R) which provide the complete automation for bank integration.
However, the fallback solutions are scope item 2YM and 1EG.
You have to implement the scope item Application Interface to Retrieve Payment Files (2YM). Activate the scope item 2YM with the SAP KBA 3122430 - Scope item activation and follow the Set-up instructions.

Thank You
Amar.
Hi Amarmodanwal,
What was the conclusion? Do we need the middleware for 1EG Integration?

Raja
