IW23 - Quality notification - DB Table for "Subject" field

Hello,

We are working on SAP ERP 6.0.

We need to locate the database table/s where we could find the "Subject" field for a Quality Notification (transaction IW23).

It is the field marked in red:

We are aware that it contains information regarding the status change, found on tables JCDS and JEST. However we have not been able to find the free text that users write related to the status change.

This is a long text so use FM such as READ_TEXT to access data from STXH/STXL

Hint: Try to double-click the text area or the text change/display icon to navigate to fullscreen editor, there navigate in menu goto header to display the values to pass to read_text FM.  ((Basically should be like notification number, LTXT, QMEL and language)
