背景 系统升级或其他原因导致系统表TJ05的条目被删除。在创建销售单据时,系统报错:系统状态参数文件不可用于COH,等等。人为删除或系统升级导致系统表TJ05表的条目被删除。由于TJ05只可由SAP维护,TJ05为S表,系统升级将覆盖重写整张表。 解决方法 假设表条目【类型COH – 事务ZZZZ】不在TJ05表中。请参照以下步骤。 登陆GUI,执行事务代码BS12; 找到类型COH; 双击COH,界面会转到维护允许事务界面(maintain transactions allowed); 找到事务ZZZZ,打钩; 保存; 在执行事务代码BS12时,界面左下角会提示信息“此表仅由SAP维护(this table is maintained by SAP only)”。双击此信息,详细信息提示系统升级将会覆盖重写整张表。因此,在CRM状态管理应用中,请不要使用客户系统状态或客户事务。换言之,这个解决方法并不能一劳永逸的解决问题。在日后的系统升级中,TJ05仍然会被重写。更好的解决方法是重新设计状态配置(status profile),使用系统标准的事务(transaction)。
