Four weeks ago we proudly launched the new HR site named SAPlus that was implemented using SAP HANA Cloud Portal. SAPlus is a site of leisure and benefits for SAP employees and their families in Israel. It represents a great collaboration between HR and the Cloud Portal development team that jointly designed and created a cool website with an engaging user experience, providing unique editing capabilities for on-line content updates and archiving.
With this solution in place, SAP employees in Israel will be able to register to local events, join sport activities, contribute to the community and more.
You may notice that SAPlus presents some of the content items in Hebrew and some in English. With Cloud Portal we can build a template site that can be implemented in different countries embedded with local extensions (e.g. local news, events etc), branding and language.
As of today, SAPlus enables us as SAP employees in Israel for the first time to invite our families as members to the site using the SAP Identity service, allowing us and our families to see a holistic view of all our offerings.
The name SAPlus was chosen out of many employees’ proposals. Our employees, as active contributors, will continue to share their ideas and of course will provide constant feedback that will be integrated into future planning and enhancements.
