Customer Experience (CX) - A Business View

A real world look at implementations of SAP Cloud for Customer and Hybris E-Commerce from a business perspective. What were the business problems that were being solved, and did the projects deliver on these requirements?  What was learned from a business perspective, and what could have been done better?  Importantly, what were the customer experience implications of each of the projects and what have they delivered.

Insights from recent projects at Asahi Beverages.

This discussion will focus on the non technical elements of both the projects and the products to understand how customer experience is impacted during and after these large implementations.

Russell Hunt

Learnings from the Project Coalface – Interactive Q&A Session

Also joining us will be SAP senior executive Ashley Saltzman. Ashley is responsible for all commercial escalations for SAP in the Asia Pacific Japan region. This will be an interactive Q&A session where Ashley will share with you his experiences and advice in handling the most difficult situations.

Ashley will answer questions from the audience – so please come prepared. I’ve got some questions prepared myself so cannot wait to get some insight on what can be done to keep projects on track.
