From October 12 to October 16, I participated in SAP TechEd Phoenix 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Phoenix is a nice and quiet city, that welcome us with open arms and a lot of heat.

It was great to see the streets full with TechEd banners -:)

From left to right: Harald Reiter, Graham Robinson, Thomas Jung and Daniel Graversen of the Global Communications Headquarters.

I got a very nice room at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown hotel.

On Monday we had a VIP Party, full of nice people, drinks, free food and of course a lot of fun...

This is a priceless picture! Zia Yusuf and Mark Yolton playing some Ping Pong...I don't who won...so please don't ask -:)

When I look at this picture...I realize that we are indeed "Rock Stars" -;)

As we all know...SAP is doing some heavy investments on Web 2.0...and a clear proof of that was the Twitter support...

Zia Yufuf, openend the Keynote, followed by Vishal Sikka and Ray Zurzweil.

Watch the replay here.

We, the SAP Mentors...are a Agents of change...

Thuesday at Night...we had some Demo Jam goodness! And of course, I took a picture with Marilyn Pratt and Mark Yolton. Who gave us a warm welcome by the way...

Here are some pictures of the Demo Jam participants...you can watch the replay here.

Wait a second...subliminal message from the Enterprise Geeks?

RIA Hacker Night was a great event...Rich Heilman teach us how to build XCelsius Components...Thomas Jung told us about NetWeaver Enhacements and as always...blew our brains out with his secret project...REST based connection...involving Adobe AMF, XML, Rest and all the crazy stuff he got from a hidden place called his "brain".

That night, Duane Nickull from Adobe and also, member of the Punk band called 22nd Century beat the crowd with a great Flex programming introduction (Hands-On of course) and some Virtual Reality example...

Me...trying to get all the avalanche of information and good networking from TechEd...

So...what else happened?

I helped on the Hands-On sessions "Update your ABAP skills to NetWeaver 7.0.2" with  Thomas Jung, Rich Heilman, Ed Hermann and Leonardo de Araujo, also helped on the session "ABAP for Java Developers" with Horst Keller, Peter McNulty and Joseph Zeinoun.

Also, I attended some speedworking sessions with Jon Reed and Mark Finnern -:)

It was a great week, full of everything that I love...free drinks, free food, lot of friends and lot of knowlegde.

It's hard to realize that we must wait for another year for get all together...but this week is going to last in my head the time enough to make this year happen fast -;)
