In February 2010 I mentioned the launch of Business Process Analytics for the first time in some SCN blog (see New key figure catalog for Business Process Monitoring available). Later that year in November I wrote a dedicated blog "New functionality "Business Process Analytics" - how to improve your business processes" on this functionality and explained how this tool can help to improve your business processes and make them more efficient and effective. While there were other related blogs explaining what can be achieved in this area and how this tool is different from others
there still remain skeptical customers of course who are unsure if what I wrote can really work in real-life scenarios. Hence I am happy to share two customer testimonials on this topic.
