SAP TechEd 2011 session ALM269, we will discuss capabilities of change control management that you can use as additional quality measures: The Transport Execution Analysis (TEA) identifies transport related problems like import and sequence errors. Configuration Validation offers the capability to compare and validate current values of configuration items of many systems against a defined target or standard configuration. It allows performing an interactive cross-system configuration audit as well as configuration reporting for a large number of compared systems. Learn to use these capabilities to ensure the quality of your system landscape.

What is in it for you?

The hand on session enables you to analyse and monitor changes in your SAP landscape.

You run a TEA session and get a report containing an action plan with critical findings.

The Configuration Validation gives you additional information about the TEA findings and enables a regular reporting on software changes.

Both capabilities are available in Solution Manager and run out of the box for the managed systems.

Best Regards,
Rainer and René
