Back in September when we announced CR Server 2008, Mark asked if there were any sample reports for auditing, since the BOE samples were all Universe based.
However the BOE samples weren't seen as the best way to show auditing, so I asked our Michael Lowden on our content team to see if he could help create a set of auditing reports.
What he created is 21 sample reports covering the following business questions:
- How many users are on my system?
- Who is using the system the most?
- How many users have used the system?
- How often have documents been scheduled and viewed?
- For each document, who has been viewing it?
- How many jobs are there?
- What are the 10 most/least viewed and edited documents
- How many users are accessing my system daily?
- When is the most popular time to access the system?
- How many users are on my system?
