In New navigation for KPI Wiki I announced the new navigation inside the KPI Wiki which - according to your feedback - was very well received. Additionally, I also received some proposals regarding a potential re-grouping of the KPIs. For some of you the current grouping into the 4 groups (in accordance with the balanced scorecard) is apparently to rough. Quite understandable from my point of view, since there are more than 50 KPIs in the financial section alone. Hence, an additional (sub)-grouping would be an option.
As a consequence we followed one proposal regarding the HR&Innovation KPIs and subdivided them into two groups. Admittedly this is only a first step, but I would like to collect some feedback before we continue. Please let me know what you think. Based on the feedback I gather here I would like to work on the sub-grouping of other sections as well.
