It was great getting so many comments to Organizational Change Management – How to do it right. The discussions that started in respond to this post really made me think about how we can enhance this topic within our community.
Of course writing more blogs, publishing articles and starting discussions in the forums are always valuable, but I am one of these "old fashion" people, we believe most of all in personal interaction...and than it hit me... TechEd Las Vegas!!!
During TechEd Las Vegas, I will be hosting an Organizational Change Management session at the BPX table in the community clubhouse. I will host my session at 2 PM, on Thursday, October 4th, 2007. During this session, I will present my perspective on the topic, as was presented in Organizational Change Management – How to do it right. After presenting my ideas, I will lead an open discussion, where we can all share our ideas, experience and knowledge with one another.
I truly believe that this rendezvous will contribute to each and every one of us next time we need to raise awareness of Organizational Change Management within our organizations or as part of our projects.
