Consider signing up for BIM253: Query, Report and Web Application Design with the SAP Business Explorer Suite This session supports the Enterprise Reporting, Query and Analysis IT scenario of SAP NetWeaver. It is a 4-hour intermediate-level hands-on session that focuses on the new features of the BEx Query Designer, BEx Report Designer, and BEx Web Application Designer. (The BEx Analyzer and SAP NetWeaver Visual Composer are covered in sessions BIM254 and BIM251, respectively.)
Query design – See the enhanced usability of the BEx Query Designer, such as error help, drag and drop of multiple items, easier properties maintenance, etc. Learn about new analysis options, including performing an exercise on exception aggregates.
Report design – Become familiar with the BEx Report Designer, the new tool for creating formatted reports. Use the tool to format a report based on a query including hierarchies.
Web application design – Learn about usability improvements to the BEx Web Application Designer such as syntax auto-complete and error help. See the new command wizard and new Web items that enable easier building of complex Web applications. Create a Web application to experience some of these new features.
