These components are all included in the PAR file here. They are unsupported and are to used at your owk risk.
The file also includes a WhoAmIBrief component, which can be used by a portal user to work out which portal node they are connected to, and a WhoAmI component, which can be used by an administrator to get a view of the whole cluster.
