Thomas unwrapped the gift and brought Web Dypro ABAP! to light in his recent blog: What are you getting for the Holidays: WebDynpro ABAP!.  The team here is very excited about this preview and wants to continue to spread cheer.  Take a look at the page:  Web Dypro for ABAP.

The page is intended as a getting started launch containing help documents, tutorials, and (as the community responds) spotlights on community experience with Web Dynpro for ABAP.

Your comments, ideas, additions for the page will be welcomed eagerly and implemented.  We want to know how you prefer your information: (How-to guides, recorded demos, weblogs).

In the coming weeks we will add a series of tutorials describing in detailthe creation of a new Web Dynpro component and descibes how to build up the component controller context. The tutorials, by authoress Claudia Dangers, will guide us through a simple example for using the ALV inside Web Dynpro for ABAP.  It will include: editable ALV inside Web Dynpro for ABAP as well as using Events with ALV tables in Web Dynpro.

Stay tuned to the ABAP pages of SDN for continuing updates!

Share your ideas and your wish list.

Happy Holidays!
