SDN meets Labs is coming to Bangalore, India, on July 4! I'm excited, are you?

Venue

SDN meets Labs in India will be combined with the SAP NetWeaver Technology Tour '05 event and will be hosted at the beautiful Leela Palace near the Bangalore International Airport (location map).

Agenda Overview

Shai Agassi will give the opening keynote address. The event will be a packed one-day affair with two parallel tracks: Integration (covering XI, EP, BI) and Development (covering NW Developer studio, Composite Application Framework, Visual Composer). There will also be several customer presentation and partner presentations on SAP NetWeaver implementation topics as well as Analytics. Look out for a detailed event agenda on SDN. It should be published in a day or two. There will be an SDN booth at the venue and I encourage you to stop by. An SDN meets Labs Dinner in the evening will close the event and should give the participants a superb opportunity to network and hobnob with the movers and shakers in the SAP eco-system.

How do you participate and what does it cost?

Participation is FREE and by invitation. We have the capacity to invite 75 SDN members from India. So register now for the event at SDN meets Labs Registration. In case, there are more takers than capacity, the contributors with more points get preference.

Kick-off Dinner on July 3

I am also planning to meet with many of our Indian community members for an evening dinner on July 3 (Sunday) to kick off the event at SAP Labs campus. I know that a Sunday evening might not be an ideal time to meet for many. But on the other hand, people attending the next day's event from outside of Bangalore might only be able to join on the Sunday before the event. I am ready to change my plans and will consider hosting the dinner on July 1 (Friday) if that is what most of the community prefers. So please let your voice be heard in the "comment" section of this weblog as well as in the event registration form where you are asked about the July 3 dinner.

2 weeks to go!

With just about 10 working days to go before the event, I am anticipating a capacity SDN member turnout and hoping that many of you take this valuable opportunity to meet in person some of the best local talents in the SDN community. I will definitely be looking forward to meeting the many Indian names that I come across on SDN and put a face and a voice and a personality to them. Let us hear about your SDN experience and your take on how we can make our amazing community even better!
