Over the past few releases, leveraging the SAP Fiori design language, we have been updating the interfaces of multiple pages throughout the suite to maximize the consistency, learnability, usability and aesthetic perspective. So far, we have updated more than 50% of all employee and manager workflow pages across the HCM suite, and we are working hard to redesign 80% of the pages by the end of 2016. In the Q3 2016 release, we have updated several new interfaces like:

- And the Login page
Moreover, we are supporting theming in the new homepage, allowing customers to configure colors and backgrounds. Customers can enable the new homepage in the upgrade center and benefit from role-based, time-sensitive information and insights on a single personalized start page.
A key commitment of SAP SuccessFactors is taking HR beyond enterprise boundaries and creating a social and collaborative experience that boosts business effectiveness. We make HR processes available to all employees anywhere and anytime with SAP SuccessFactors Mobile, which is our way of streamlining the unique device specific experience that focuses on the human behavior as the core design principle. We’ve added numerous useful capabilities to our Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices in Q3 2016 and have crushed several bugs and enhanced our application performance.
In this release, SAP SuccessFactors Mobile focuses on core employee experience by adding new features and capabilities to enhance the user experience. Now users can discover people through the search and organization chart functionalities. The new mobile search capability anticipates the user’s needs and provides personalized results by remembering frequently searched people. The new organization chart enables users to get a high-level sense of the organization in one screen, understand relationships in one glance, and access three layers of organizational structure per screen. The new organization chart dynamically adapts to screen orientation and also supports the natural gestures with delightful swiping animations. 3D touch capability brings a new dimension of functionality to the iPhone experience and enables users to check the profile of each person right in the organization chart.
