Below a brief summary of the SAP Faculty Day in Lima organized at Universidad de Lima on March 24th.
Around 70 professors from 10 universities (full members, associate members and prospects) joined us on the 5-hour event.
The agenda of the event was extremely interesting for the audience, this was confirmed with the 100% satisfaction at the participant’s feedback survey!
We opened the session with the remote participation of martin.gollogly2, which had previously addressed the audience on a video recorded at CEBIT. Then Nadia Rodriguez, Director for the Systems Engineering career opened the event.
SAP Peru colleagues had extremely good presentations and joined us during the coffee break allowing time for the participants to interact.
Our first presenter was Diana Piguaycho, SAP Peru HR, she explained how SAP is preparing for the Next Generation joining the Future of Work, and explained us about the importance of the millennial generation. Then fernando.arimana presented HANA and beyond, explaining what is HANA and how it will change the future of business, covering the solutions available based on HANA, such as HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) and Suite 4 HANA (S4HANA). Our last presenter was ursula.salaverry from a millennial SAP UA colleague, sergio.revollo, he shared his insights of the importance of learning SAP, leader on technology innovation.
