How to identify Xcelsius dashboard is running on Desktop or Mobile device?

Hi friends,

I found many Xcelsius dashboard developer was trying to identify whether dashboard is running on desktop or mobile device.

I have one trick to identify and just wanted to share it with all of you.

Step 1: Take label component and map it to A1 cell in sheet.

Step 2: Put default text 'Mobile Version' in cell A1.

Step 3: Take any mobile unsupported component like Fisheye picture menu and map it as follows.

Select default selection and insert selected item in same A1 cell.

Step 4: Hide fisheye menu with help of rectangle or any other component.

Step 5: Preview in desktop mode see result.

 

Step 6: Preview in mobile mode see result.

For sample kindly go through attached sample but before using rename it with Sample.xlf after extraction of zip.
