This October SAP Labs Latin America was recognized as THE best tech company to work for in Brazil by the Você S/A magazine.
This magazine comes out monthly and is edited by Editora Abril. Just to give you a better picture, Editora Abril is a major Brazilian publisher and printing company and one of the biggest media holdings in Latin America.
The magazine publishes a "Best Companies to Work For" edition every year, where it rates companies based on a survey answered by the companies' employees. They also visit the company and do other interviews to validate their findings.
Since we started participating in this survey in 2011, each year our rate only got higher and this year SAP Labs LA scored 82.6 in their Happiness Index.
That put us at the top spot among tech companies participating in the survey.
In addition to that, SAP Labs Latin America is also THE best company in the Strategy and Management category.
It was a really great achievement by the SAP Labs Latin America, and it makes us all here in Brazil #proudtobeSAP !!!
