Dear Process Observer customers,
We kindly ask you to take part in the 2014’s survey on Process Observer offered by SAP Suite Engineering Foundation & Applications.
Process Observer (POB) is a component of the SAP Business Suite that allows customers to monitor and analyze the performance of their SAP Business Suite business processes. Process Observer is part of SAP’s BPM strategy. You can find out more about SAP’s BPM strategy in this document in SCN.
The focus of this survey is the collection of information on the use of Process Observer and the benefits realized. We are also asking for input for future development directions. The target group of the survey is employees and consultants from companies using Process Observer as part of their solution for monitoring and analyzing their business processes.

We plan to publish selected results on SAP SCN in January or February 2015.
