Each month, I will write a blog highlighting events and presentations delivered by SAP Product Support employees, as well as specific information we'd like you to know from SAP Product Support. As always, feedback and comments are encouraged!
January 2014 was a relatively quiet month with many people returning from holiday, but we do have a couple highlights to share with you!
christoph.haberl%40sap.com presented a Meet the Expert session on the SAP Automated Notes Search Tool through the SAP Enterprise Support Academy. For those that may be unaware, Meet the Expert sessions are scheduled for one hour, and cover a multitude of topics. For more information on Meet the Expert sessions, visit http://service.sap.com/esacademy.
The Automated Notes Search Tool is definitely a hot topic with more and more people utilizing the tool to help solve their issues without logging incidents. For more information on the Automated Notes Search Tool, check out this blog: What is ANST....and why aren't you using it?
christopher.vozella and I attended the ASUG Volunteer meeting at the end of the month where we were able to meet and coordinate with customers to discuss and develop their plans for sharing information about SAP support and maintenance with their user group community. Not only did we connect with customers, we got the chance to meet and talk with other SAP points of contact. It was an extremely busy weekend, but one that we were glad to be a part of. We even got the chance to see some local entertainment!

As we begin to close out the month of February, we will have some more great updates to share with you in the next edition. Here's some upcoming presentations to whet your appetite  . Please note, you still have time to participate in the below!
