Customer Engagement Initiative for Transportation processes with a low to medium complexity
An exciting opportunity to influence SAP has begun with the third project cycle in 2023. The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) enables you as an SAP customer to provide feedback and business requirements to SAP’s product development. Be part of a selected group of customers, which get early insights into results and development plans derived from the collected feedbacks and requirements.
This project will be open for customer registration until November 10, 2023.
Our Customer Engagement Initiative project with the official title SAP ECC: Transportation processes with a low to medium complexity is targeting either small and midsize companies or small subsidiaries (or satellite companies) of large enterprises.
The participating companies either never used a transportation management software or use the module LE-TRA actively in SAP Enterprise Central Component or SAP S/4HANA. We especially would like to work with customers, which enhanced or modified the standard LE-TRA or which decided against a transportation software because business requirements are not covered.
The SAP Customer Engagement Initiative project will collect customer feedback about coverage of transportation processes. We would like to understand how transportation is managed today in order to derive business requirements and to identify challenges and special needs, which in the past justified an enhancement or modification of the standard.
Follow-up after registration: When you register for a project, you will be invited to an introductory call with the SAP project lead. At this point further participation is optional. Typically, all activities are governed by the Feedback Agreement with SAP.
