WORK ORDER AUTOMATIC CLOSING(Business completion – CLSD)

Hello All,

This blog might be helpful to the new consultants who are looking for closing the maintenance orders in mass, this program can run in foreground or in background.

Program Name: RKKBABS0

Program RKKBABS0 is used to close work order automatically and it will check all the conditions to close the maintenance order and it provides different messages to analyse it further.

We can set the residence time how many days after work order can be closed from date of technical completion (based on the reference date give while TECO).

Initial Screen details:

Controlling Area: The controlling area is the highest organizational unit in Controlling.

Plant: Key uniquely identifying a Plant.

Order Type: Key that differentiates orders according to their purpose.

Residence Time: The residence time specified (in days) must have elapsed before an object can be closed automatically.

Server Group: Server group to be used by the transaction in parallel processing.

For maintenance orders to process check the box on maintenance order.

Program can be run in test mode and check for any errors.

Remove the check box on test to update maintenance orders in real time.

We can see why below orders are not set the status CLSD and need to clear these errors in order to consider again.
