- Open Payables
This use case presents the open payables data for all vendors via document line items. You can filter and sort suppliers to help you manage and track your open payables so you can close with your suppliers in a timely manner.

- Group financial statements
This use case shows the group’s financial statements, including the expense accounts accumulated for the current period and the current year. By comparing data from different periods, you can help your organization understand trends in financial status, as well as the contribution and trend of expense accounts.

- Expenses for the period (three-year comparison)
This use case is used to present data for the comparison of expense account balances across three years. By visualizing expense account balances across years, you can help your business understand how expenses have changed and how they vary across years.

- Financial KPI Form
This use case mainly showcases key financial KPI metrics, as well as multidimensional comparisons. Comparing data across different dimensions, such as departments, product lines, and so on, can help companies understand the differences in financial performance and identify potential problems and areas for improvement.

- Material Stock Overview
This use case is used to display material stock quantities and amounts for a specified date. Filtering and sorting can be done based on materials to help companies understand the inventory situation for sound inventory management and purchasing decisions.

- Inventory Aging
This use case shows real-time warehouse age, including bin location batch information. It provides visibility into the age of materials in different batches, as well as the turnover of inventory for inventory optimization and management.

- Material movements
This use case is used to show the movement of materials, including the data of vendors and cost centers. It helps you track the procurement and sales of materials and the flow of materials between cost centers.

- INCOME STOCK
This use case shows the amount and stock quantity of material movements during the period. Provides visibility into material sales and inventory turnover and capital utilization for supply chain management and inventory optimization.

- Purchase Order Status Monitoring
This use case enables end-to-end visibility into purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices. Embedded analytics give business managers real-time visibility into the status of every step in the procurement process to identify and act on issues in a timely manner. For example, if a purchase order has not been received for a long time, managers can follow up in time to ensure a smooth procurement process.

- Gross Profit on Sales: This use case is mainly used to show the amount, cost, and margin of sales in multiple currencies.
