SAP BN4L-GTT: GTTMSG idoc is not being generated only to Track Shipment App documents – What you need to do for troubleshooting.

I am writing other article from series “How to Solve”, in order to help some SAP Consultants around the world, like me, implementing SAP BN4L-GTT.

In my current project, we faced this issue at least three times in ERP DEV system.

New Issue:

In our testing phase, we faced this DUMP Error during Purchase Order Creation in ERP side.

Short Dump:

Solution:

We forgot to configure a Relevance Function for Event Types.

Now we configured the missing Relevance Function.

Missing configuration in:
SPRO > Integration with Other SAP Components > Interface to Global Track and Trace > Define Application Interface >> Define SAP GTT Extraction Functions

   — GTT Relevance Function (Event Types)

Results:

GTTMSG idocs for SAP TM documents were generated again and documents replicated to SAP BN4L-GTT,
