Multiple multi-day services to help customers enhance SAP HANA Cloud capabilities

SAP HANA Cloud is a database-as-a-service (DBaaS) that delivers a single view of customer’s entire data landscape. It is an all-in-one solution that supports modern applications and analytics. As the cloud-based data foundation for SAP Business Technology Platform, it orchestrates mission-critical applications and analytics across all enterprise data in one complete solution. Integrated multi-tier storage helps to manage data more efficiently and lower customer’s total cost of operations (TCO). SAP HANA Cloud provides first-class analytics for all customer’s enterprise data, no matter where it resides.

As you may be aware, one of the ways we empower our customers is via delivery of Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) services. These are multi-hour remote delivered session, powered by SAP Enterprise Support Academy and delivered over 3-5 working days. In short, this is a Virtual Classroom style session, where an SAP expert explains step-by-step the configuration of a set objective using training materials and step-by-step demonstration.

To help customers get started with SAP HANA Cloud, we have developed this multi-day Expert Guided Implementation ( (EGI) service SAP HANA Cloud Monitoring. The purpose of this service is to empower customers with the knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud capabilities as DBaaS, demonstrate the key features and show the benefits of using the administration tools for database monitoring. After the service customers have the knowledge of configuration, monitoring and administration of SAP HANA Cloud and are prepared for day to day troubleshooting of performance issues in SAP HANA Cloud.

Also, to assist customers in developing using SAP HANA Cloud, we have developed this multi-day Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) service, SAP HANA Cloud Modeling. The purpose of this EGI service is to empower customers with the Modeling knowledge in SAP HANA Cloud. After the service, customers have the knowledge of using and designing Calculations view in SAP HANA Cloud utilizing the SAP Business Application studio. Customers will be able to manage projects and modeling content in SAP Business Application Studio.

Customer requirements to obtain the best value from the service is to have a SAP HANA Cloud trial or productive account, and authorizations on SAP BTP to enable the service or set up a trial

Also, it would be beneficial for participants to have experience in relational database technology and have a basic knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP BTP in advance of the service. For the service on Modeling, basic knowledge of SAP HANA and HANA Development and Modelling would be advantageous.
