The Agent Desktop lacks native integration for SAP functions like Opportunity, Sales Quote, and Sales Order. To address this gap, we’re utilizing custom-built Apps to enable the creation of these business Objects.

Once business┬á Objects are created, it seamlessly appears in the timeline for enhanced visibility and tracking. ­čśŐ

Step 1: Access your Build Apps account and log in.

Step 2: Activate authentication, navigate to the Data section, and enable the data entity associated with Sales Order.

Step 3: Customize the Sales Order page according to your specifications. Repeate this process for both Opportunity and Sales Quote pages.

Step 4: On Save Button write the logic for creating the Order

Step 5: Build your app and get the URL and embedded in C4C as Mashup

Step 6: Input the pertinent information, and upon completion, click the Save button.

      Definitely appreciate a little more detail on structuring the Appgyver app. ├ľne more question? How do you authenticate the user in C4C to be able to view and utilize this app? Through SSO and user groups or attribute mapping on SAP BTP?

      Hi Can,

      There is many post on SAP build Apps so I didn't cover here. SAP build Apps ,we had drag and drop fields and bind to the app/page variable.

      How do you authenticate the user in C4C to be able to view and utilize this app =>I didnt authenticate user on Build Apps.the URL is open
