UX Scorecard in Kyma Dashboard
I’m a User Assistance Developer in the Kyma team. Recently, I’ve had the real pleasure of collaborating more closely with our colleagues from the Research Ops Team in the SAP BTP. Let me tell you more about what we’ve been working on.
SAP BTP, Kyma runtime and UX join forces
Nadezhda Ivanova, Victoria Slavova, and Andrea Spasov from the SAP BTP have joined forces with Valentin Vieriu and the Kyma UA team. Our common goal is to introduce the UX Scorecard in the Kyma UI, namely, Kyma Dashboard.
UX Scorecard is a set of aligned metrics within SAP BTP. What we want to achieve is to enable measuring product satisfaction (PSAT), product usefulness, and product usability (UX-Lite) among the users of SAP BTP, Kyma runtime. After a few sync meetings and discussions on the implementation details, a feedback button redirecting to a Qualtrics survey is successfully embedded in the product. When you go to Kyma Dashboard and connect to your cluster, you can easily find the callout with a smiley face in the shell bar.
Once you click the icon, it immediately takes you to a short survey with three questions on SAP BTP, Kyma runtime. Be active and leave your feedback about our product. We’ll be happy to analyze all the data.
