Live Onboarding Webinar: How to Start Your SAP Signavio Journey


Dear customer,

You have decided to use SAP Signavio – congratulations, you have made the right choice! This will help you improve your business processes and workflows.

However, after purchasing the licenses, you may be wondering, “What exactly are our next steps? Where can I find the most important information to get familiar with SAP Signavio? How do we start using SAP Signavio in our company?”

To help you get started in the best possible way, we have established a regular live onboarding webinar. Normally, every first Tuesday of the month, the SAP Signavio Customer Success Team offers a 30-minute Zoom webinar to give you a clear roadmap. Afterwards, there will be plenty of time to ask your individual questions. You can register here.


What can you expect in this onboarding webinar?

We will give you an excellent overview of where to find all the relevant information that will make your start with SAP Signavio much easier.

At the beginning, we will briefly introduce our SAP Signavio Customer Success Team. We are always there for you to answer your questions about SAP Signavio and provide the best advice.

In addition, there are other contacts within SAP that may be relevant to you. We will explain who they are and how to contact them. This includes, for example, how you can book additional consulting services.


Best practices & trainings

Afterwards we will show you where to find best practices, e-learnings and trainings to get familiar with SAP Signavio products, use the software productively and start your business transformation journey.



The SAP Signavio Community is our platform where you can connect with other SAP Signavio customers, share your experiences and ask questions. You will also find interesting blog posts here. Sign up for the onboarding session and find out how to become part of this community.


News & events

SAP Signavio is a software that we continuously improve by releasing new features and fixing existing bugs. To ensure you don’t miss any updates, we will show you where to find the latest news. This also applies to numerous events that we organize for our customers.


Administrator concept

The administrator takes a leading role within your company to manage the SAP Signavio products and to give other employees access to them. The admin is also responsible for creating support tickets when necessary. In the webinar, you will learn how to access our support ticket system and how to request the administrator role.



After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
