Simplified User-Experience

Navigation Menu

One of the key requests and updates that we are pleased to share is the streamlined content search and new organization of information into four pages (see Figure 2: Navigation Menu & Translation), which you can access via the new Navigation Menu.  You will now be able to move faster between these pages and access all the varied topics you require.

The four new pages to navigate between are:
  1. Home
  2. Lines of Business
  3. Industries
  4. Cross-Topics

Use Case: If you would like to find the latest release content for Finance, you can now use the Navigation Menu to select Lines of Business (LoB’s), where you can filter down on the finance specific release content. Then, if you need to find more information on SAP Activate, you can use the Navigation Menu to click on Cross-Topics to find that particular topic.

We have also implemented the new UX element, Release Resource Tile Descriptions which is accessible by selecting the Information icon next to the new Navigation Menu, and provides more details on the content on that page (see Figure 1: Release Navigator Home page).
