Are you thinking about how you want to share your ideas and feedback on the SAP Document Management service help documentation? Now, we have brought this opportunity and are open to everyone.

With the Open Documentation Initiative, you can collaborate with our documentation team for improvising the help content and sharing feedback. Your contributions and feedback will help us to improve the platform and make it easier for users to navigate and understand.

What is Open Documentation Initiative?

The Open Documentation Initiative is an initiative aimed at promoting the creation, sharing, and collaboration of open documentation resources. It focuses on making documentation more accessible, transparent, and inclusive.

The Open Documentation Initiative encourages the use of open licensing for documentation, allowing you to provide feedback on the documentation and modify it wherever necessary. This helps foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among individuals and organizations. It can be seen as part of the broader open knowledge movement, which seeks to make knowledge and information available to all. By promoting open documentation practices, the initiative aims to improve the accessibility, quality, and usability of documentation resources.
