Within the Continuous Influence Session for  Sap Application Development Digital Experience, you can create your request using the category SAP Business Client, or for SAP GUI for Windows the category SAP GUI Family.

It is important to choose the right category to assign the responsible development team. Please keep in mind that changes in applications and transactions which are running inside our SAP Business Client shell cannot be made. New implementations will only affect the client.
