How Customers and Partners Can Give Input to the Roadmap of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition

We would like to provide you with a comprehensive overview how and where you can raise your voice to influence developments in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition going forward.

To meet customer expectations concerning product development, SAP provides a variety of input channels:

  • Co-Innovation for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition:

Customers validate concepts for innovations which are planned on the future roadmap and provide feedback helping SAP to create innovative solutions with the latest technologies that meet business needs. Gives you the opportunity to participate in peer-to-peer exchange about business needs, transformation experience, and lessons learned. Prerequisite to join the program: Customers that are in transition or live with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition can be nominated by their respective SAP account teams.

 

  • Specific SAP Continuous Influence sessions as part of the SAP Continuous Influence program: 

SAP Continuous Influence provides you with the opportunity to suggest improvements on SAP cloud solutions directly to the development teams. Check out the list of influencing projects currently open for improvement request submission. This program is aimed towards customers using newer SAP cloud solutions Continuous Influence.

Please note that an influence session for S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition will follow soon containing several lines of business as categories.

  • SAP CEI (Customer Engagement Initiative) projects:

You can get early insights into new SAP cloud developments. This is your opportunity to provide feedback and input at early stages of development. ​SAP CEI projects collect extended requirements from a broader customer base. Leveraging the well-established SAP CEI process SAP is bundling feedback towards the product along with ongoing investments and ensures that feedback is submitted in lockstep with SAP development.

All active SAP CEI projects can be found on the Customer Influence site. Follow this space to receive notifications about new SAP CEI projects in future.

 

  • User Groups:

Product feedback is collected through the SAP user group organizations, such as DSAG and ASUG. To find your closest user group, please take a look at the SAP User Groups FinderWorkstreams within the user groups are collecting and prioritizing requirements for SAP S/4HANA which are then structurally discussed and influence the roadmap. 

 

  • Early adopter: 

Adopt new SAP software with the SAP Early Adopter Care program: This program is aimed at existing SAP ERP customers who transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition and are willing to act as a reference.  You will get support for your go-live project and have the opportunity to share your experience in feedback sessions or surveys.  Early Adopter Care

 

  • SAP Beta Testing:

 Allows you to test and experience our upcoming, soon-to-be-released products. Working closely with the SAP team, you can review the software, conduct beta tests and provide feedback for future releases: Participation: Follow the instructions in this blog post.

 

  • Integration Experience Feedback:
