Change System Owner using SAP Analytics Cloud.
INTRODUCTION –
The system owner has complete access to all sections of SAP Analytics Cloud and is the user that does the majority of system maintenance duties. There must always be one user with the system owner role.
If the current system owner quits the organization or moves jobs, you may want to transfer the system owner role. Furthermore, only the current system owner or a user with full administrative privileges has the ability to transfer the system owner role to another user.
Who is this applicable to?
System administrators with the Update permission for System Information.
This permission is granted by default to the Admin, BI Admin, System Owner, and BI System Owner roles.
NOTE –
- Log in to the tenant.
2. From the side navigation, select , and select the user you want to assign the system owner role to.
3. Select (Assign as System Owner).
4. In the Transfer System Owner Role dialog, under New Role, select to select a role.
You can assign more than one role to the previous system owner.
5. Select OK.
The user you selected is assigned to the system owner role, and the previous owner is assigned to the role you selected.

Please note –
The System Owner role cannot be transferred to a user who has not yet logged in for the first time.
If the System Owner cannot access a new SAP Analytics Cloud system. ( If Current System owner left the organization and there is no contact with the Current System Owner ) or there is no users with BI Admin role in SAC then you can contact your Account Manager and request to change the Contact IT person in your contract.
